Marketing Communication

Job Decsription:

The candidate should be able to handles all trade marketing activities, create, implement and oversee communications programs, be internal or external that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products, in order to support achieving the defined business objectives.

Job Requirement:

- Min. background education is bachelor degree in marketing or communication from reputable university, minimum 3 years experience in marketing or communication field.
- Strong understanding of the property industry
- Have an experience in trade marketing for major multiples
- Have an ability to prioritize and focus on the basis of commercial needs
- Have strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skill
- Have an experience in managing event, such as open house, exhibition, media gathering
- High level computer literacy is preferred
- Have skills in administrating website, digital and social media

Business Analyst

Job Decsription:

- Make a feasibility study for business prospects that company will get.
- Give an advice to Business Development Manager for cooperation proposals from other party in technical, financial, and law aspects.
- Cooperate, give direction and advice to property consultant in making feasibility study.
- Give an advice to Business Development Manager about potency of business that can developed in long or short term.
- Survey location of development land and identify potential business in each location.



Job Requirement:

- Minimum education background is Master Degree at reputable university, majoring in
Business Administration or Management (Finance), minimum GPA is 3.00 of 4.00.
- Have an experience in the same / similar job (min. 1 years).
- Age Between 25-30 years old.
- Have an ability in using Ms. Office.
- Have a good presentation skill (with or without powerpoint).
- Able to communicate in english.
- Have strong competencies at analytical thinking, budgeting skill, communication skill, presentation skill, teamwork and coordination.
- Ready to work under pressure.
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.

SHE Officer


Job Decsription:

- Coordinates and advises the Project Manager in all matters pertaining to SHE including legal and owner requirements.
- Ensures that an induction process is in place for all contractors/subcontractors or other persons working or visiting the project. Revises the induction training to reflect changing conditions including site activities and legal requirements,
- Ensures all incidents are investigated and the root cause is identified plus incident reports are forwarded to the Safety Manager as per the internal procedures.
- Ensures the Contractors have completed the Risk Register during Tender and before mobilization phase and that they update throughout the operational phase.
- Ensures that legal and owner requirements are incorporated within the contractors Project Specific SHE Management System.
- Ensures corrective and preventative actions are in place throughout the workplace.
- Recording of Weekly safety Minutes-of-meeting as secretary and ensures all items for action are closed within the specified time period.
- Evaluates and documents all perceived risks on the site and ensures adequate controls are in place and communicated in conjunction with the Construction Manager and Project Manager
- Ensures emergency procedures are in place for offices, stores, camp facilities, site etc. and the procedures are maintained and reviewed as required.
- Reviews and inspects with the project SHE Officers to ensure conformance to all matters pertaining to SHE.
- Actively promotes a positive healthy safety culture within the project.
- Attends kick off meetings with new contractors/subcontractors.
- Reviews Safety Standards, Safety Procedures and Work Instructions for the site and oversees the contractor’s teams in the implementation of it. Ensures that all staff are trained and aware of these procedures and processes.
- When required, complete awareness training for contractors.
- Ensures the site notice boards are updated when/where required,
- Completes weekly reports and submits to the SHE Manager. (copy of minutes + other important SHE information)
- Liaises with the contractors to ensure all non conformances are closed within the specified period.
- Attends all arranged safety inspections with the contractors.
- Ensures that all contractor staff are adequately trained and identifies the need for training if required.
- Oversee evacuation simulations, first aid toolbox talks, safety talks, AND report any deficiencies.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum education background is Bachelor Degree at reputable university, majoring in healthy and safety discipline, minimum GPA is 3.00 of 4.00.
- Minimum 2 years in SHE/HSE role including responsibilities for provide coaching on site, planned and unplanned
- Minimum Ahli Muda, AK3 Konstruksi .
- Have some experience in OHSAS 18001 or ISO 14001 International Standards
- Age Between 24-30 years old.
- Familiar with health, safety and environmental regulations / law.
- Have an ability in using Ms. Office program.
- Have a good presentation skill (with or without powerpoint).
- Able to communicate in english.
- Ready to work under pressure.
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
