PT Multi Terminal Indonesia (MTI) is also known as IPC Logistic established in year 2002. PT MTI

providing services such as Freight – forwarding (domestic and international), customs clearance, Courier Express, Collective Physical Checking (TPFT), Warehousing and Distribution. It has 6 branches in Indonesia with more than 650 employees.

PT MTI keeps on increasing the quality of its human resources and is currently looking for the right candidates for the positions of:

1. Senior Manager Legal & Procurement (Code: SM-HKP)

Responsibilities

• Provide legal opinion, protection & services on many issues such as contracts, agreements, etc
• Develops policies and procedure to ensure legal compliance
• Ensure contracts are reviewed/drafted, renewed, amended or cancelled on time to make certain all relationship with third parties are governed by valid contracts
• Manage and handle subsidiary appointed lawyer (if any) whom represent the company in court, in the case of a lawsuit or other legal proceedings.
• Represent the company in all legal matters that do not require external support from legal professional/law firm.
• Manage and monitor all corporate contracts

Qualifications

• S1 Degree from Law/Business, Law/Corporate Law
• Fluent in English is a must (verbal & written)
• 8 years of working experience in Corporate Legal/Law and familiar with Logistic Industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managerial role
• Understanding in handling procurement
• Preferably Manager specializing in Legal/Corporate Law
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, time management & leadership skill

2. General Manager - Depo MT (Code: GM-DMT)

Responsibilities

• Create business strategy in line with MTI’s business strengths
• Manage and develop the business of Depo Empty Container
• Develop and Maintain good relation with stekholders (Government, Ports, Key Customer & Logistic Sector)
• Monitor and evaluate activities in the Depo MT Container
• Consolidate MTI Depo MT’s as a customer of choice, providing one stop logistical solutions

Qualifications

• Diploma Preferably from Marine Polythecnic
• Fluent in English is a must (verbal & written)
• 5 years of working experience in managing Depo Empty (MT) Container
• Having Experience as a Marketing in Shipping Company
• Having deep knowledge in handling Depo MT Container such as Logistic Distribution, StorageFumigation, Cleaning, Repairing & Marketing Depo Empty (MT) Container
• Strong Leadership & Negotiation Skill

3. Head of Unit – Heavy Equipment & Transportation (Code: M-PAT)

Responsibilities

• Manage and controll the operation activities of heavy equipment, loading - unloading, and trucking
• Create and analyze masterplan needs of heavy equipment & transportation
• Review the proposed for the development or equipment needs from branches
• Perform maintenance and repair of heavy equipment

Qualifications

• S1 Degree Preferably Mechanical Engineering
• 4-5 years of working experience in similar position
• Having deep knowledge in Heavy Equipment & Transportation areas
• Having Experience in controlling & repairing Heavy Equipment & Transportation
• Having good knowledge in Managing Heavy Equipment & Transportation
• Able to work independently as well as work together
• Having strong analytical thinking skills
• Having good presentation & report writing skills
• Fluent in English (both verbal & written)
